Careers

We are always looking for coordinators, in every country in Europe we work in and several we do not yet. If you run events well and you live somewhere we go, we would like to know you before we need you.

Italy above all

Italy is where we are asked for most and stretched thinnest. We are looking for coordinators in every region of it, and we mean every region rather than the famous three.

  • Tuscany
  • The Amalfi Coast and Campania
  • Puglia
  • Sicily
  • The Italian Lakes
  • Veneto
  • Lazio and Rome
  • Liguria
  • Umbria
  • Piedmont

If your region is not on that list and you work in Italy, write anyway. The list is where the work is today, not where it will be next season.

And across Europe

We keep teams on the ground in 11 countries and have worked in 19. Coordinators are welcome from any of them, and from anywhere else in Europe we have not reached yet.

  • France
  • Italy
  • Spain
  • Portugal
  • Greece
  • Croatia
  • Montenegro
  • Ireland
  • United Kingdom
  • Switzerland
  • Austria

What the work is

A coordinator is on site across the days rather than on the wedding day alone. You hold a schedule that between seventy and two hundred people are working to, most of whom the couple will never see, and your job is that none of it reaches them. You are the person who knows the load-in window, which supplier is late, and what the plan is when the weather turns.

We plan in English and work in the local language, so we care more about the second than the first. What we look for is people who have run events at this size and can say plainly what went wrong on one of them and what they did about it.

Tell us about yourself

Attach a CV if you have one to hand. If you would rather just write, that is fine too — we read everything that arrives.

PDF or Word, up to 8 MB. Optional.
