We selected Magic Day because we were interviewing several event planners for our wedding in Europe and we weren't sure exactly where we wanted to do it. And Max was incredible. We were all over the map. I think it was Spain, France, Italy. And he showed us several different locations, the pros and cons, how to align to our vision, and then made it super easy to select the venue of our dreams. And it couldn't have been more better. He also was extremely communicative. So anytime we reached out, he would get back to us right away or someone from his team. And coming from New York, efficiencies and time responsiveness was really important. You know, dealing with an international wedding and a team that was going to be helping us make our big day become a reality. Yeah. Planning an international wedding from the U.S., he helped inspire confidence and just streamline the process. So he was really great to work with.

Managing this planning from the United States, they came to all of our meetings super prepared with really built out agendas, and was doing a lot of the heavy lifting for us, so we really appreciated that.

Another really important thing for us was, you know, we were super busy. We were building a house, and for weddings, normally you go see the venue, you do a food tasting, and we didn't have time to do that, especially since it was international. So it made it that much more magical, being that everything was kind of the first time, and we weren't stressed once, and we got to enjoy every single aspect of it 'cause we knew we were in the best hands, and we just can't thank them enough. Yeah, I mean, they really hit a home run on the entertainment front, so that was great, helping us get all that in order. If I could boil it down to, like, one point, it would be confidence, and that kind of played out in two different ways. One, for all the planning, of course, we were doing this remotely in the US, and, you know, we hadn't had the opportunity to go to the venue and to meet vendors or taste the menu, and so they could really step in there and help us make those decisions with some confidence. And then, second is, on the day of, you know, they really just helped alleviate a lot of the stress, handle any minutiae that came up from the day, so that we could enjoy the wedding, and, it worked out awesome. We decided to hire Magic Day because after we had our first call, we realized how competent and efficient he seemed. Most times we had spoken with other wedding planners, they seemed to focus solely on our aesthetic view for the wedding. But we weren't able to grasp their idea about the logistic and have an actual plan to bring our view into fruition. Which is what Max was very very good at conveying from our first talk on. And he gave us a sense of reassurance that everything will work out and that our view could come true. Very clear and professional. From very early on in the process we were very impressed with the fact that they were able to let us picture the different venues in the South of France that we could use for our wedding, even though we didn't have the chance to visit them because of work and other commitments. So we were solely relying on them and their expertise to understand how the venues were like and how they were different from each other. And we were really impressed with their ability to really picture how our wedding would be in each different venue, even though we had never been there before. And we were stunned when we reached our venue, and we were very happy that we had trusted them in the process. I felt it was all very clearly laid out what the positives are, the negatives are, what's maybe a good part about one of the venues, maybe a less good part about one of the others, so that we could be clear about which ones we really should leave aside and which ones we could actually consider to get everything that we wanted to achieve. On the day of our wedding we had so many people coming to us asking us, "Oh, was it a stressful process? Are you guys tired? Must have been so much work." And we were just like, "No. You know, we came here, we just showed up, and we were able to enjoy our wedding." Thanks to the work of Magic Day. Because they made it so seamless and such a relaxing, just overall enjoyable process to organize our wedding that we couldn't have been happier.
