Villa di Maiano is the XV century residence on the beautiful green hills not far from Florence. Its vast estate overlooking Florence covers an area of nearly 300 hectares. The property includes the Villa and a Farmhouse with accommodations.
Wedding ceremonies take place in the reception halls, Italian Oak garden or in the private Chapel of the Villa. Civil wedding ceremonies can take place at Florentine Palazzo Vecchio or in Fiesole. A nearby church in the village of Maiano, approximately 1-minute walk from the Villa, is another setting for Catholic ceremonies. The private Chapel of the villa is also available for smaller ceremonies up to 20-30 guests.
The areas of the Villa available for banquets include all the interiors on the ground floor, the garden with the terrace offering amazing views of Florence, and the Italian garden. Internal halls can host a reception for up to 250 people while the outdoor areas can accommodate up to 300 guests. The Tapestry Hall is the largest one and can welcome up to 110 guests. Smaller halls are suitable for weddings of 10 to 60 guests.
